Who among us has not shopped Walmart? It is the largest retailer in America. I know that not everyone likes Walmart. There are aspects about it that I don’t care for myself. Our family generally uses Walmart because of their locations. They pretty well have the country dotted with stores of one size or another. If you can’t find what you want in your store or want to shop from the comfort of your own home, consider shopping at Walmartvia RewardPort. Did you know you can have many of the items found on their site shipped to your local store to avoid shipping costs?

To save even more, consider getting their Walmart Discovercard. I’m currently putting all of our WM purchases on it. A rebate check arrives for $10 when a $1000 in purchases are made. Since we purchase all of our gasoline, some of our groceries and a lot of items from lawn and garden it adds up quickly.

Don’t forget to sign up for their email – The Walmart Wire. I get an email from then about once a week and they are always filled with great deals. The hard part is remembering to shop at RP. I have a nerdy solution. I taped up a reminder on the frame of my monitor — “WANT REWARDS? SHOP REWARDPORT! Clear machine!”I must see that 18 hours ot of the day. LOL It does take some practice to slow down prior to every purchase and ask yourself how you can get rewards.

Suffice it to say, there are tons of bargains in the clearance section. I love their women’s clothes. I find them to be of high quality and stylish. They wear like cast iron and are the biggest bang for my buck in my wardrobe. Check it out!

Do you like freebies and samples? They also have a nice freebie/samples sectionon their site. I can view it better in FireFox so keep that in mind if you aren’t seeing any links for them. My requests for them have always been fulfilled in a timely way. Most arrive with a coupon which is the real reason I send for them. I have a basket for the samples and I donate those to our local homeless shelter and battered women’s house.
